Lately I've been addicted to the sourdough loaves available at Beyond Bread, seriously. It's pretty much all I want to eat now that Taco Shop is iffy on ingredients. I was disappointed to find out that no website I could find had a definitive list of vegan breads available there; there were only lists of soups (which I'm sure will be helpful when it stops being 110 fucking degrees outside constantly). I took it upon myself to make a list of what breads I could and couldn't eat. Don't worry, all the starters used are a basic sourdough starter, which means no non-vegan ingredients. Keep in mind, however, that if you're more strict about using bleached flour, only the wheat breads are suitable for you. So, without further ado...Baguette (Plain), Ciabatta, Cinnamon Raisin, Cracked Wheat, Cranberry Pecan, Fig & Pistachio, Garlic Italian, Kalamata Olive, Parisienne, Pretzel, Rosemary, Rustic, Rye, Sourdough, Sun Dried Tomato & Basil, Semolina, Walnut, White, Wheat.
